REFUND POLICY

You may be eligible for a refund if you have purchased a product or service from QASIM ANWER within the last 30 days and meet one of the following criteria:

  • You received a defective or damaged product.
  • You have not received your product within the estimated delivery time.
  • You are not satisfied with the product or service and have provided feedback to QASIM ANWER in writing within 30 days of the purchase.

PROCESS

To initiate the refund process, please send an email to qasimanwerofficial@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Order number
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any additional information that may be helpful in processing your request

Once we receive your refund request, we will review your request and contact you within 5 business days with instructions on how to proceed. Please note that we may require additional information or documentation before we can process your refund.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If you used a credit card, the refund will be issued to the same credit card. If you used another payment method, such as PayPal, the refund will be issued to the same account.

The refund amount will be the purchase price of the product or service, minus any shipping, handling, or other fees associated with the purchase.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed and credited back to your account.
